Efforts continue to aid the brethren and communities affected by the April earthquake in Ecuador.
Through donations from church members and the GC Welfare Department, thirty families have been aided with food and clothing since the devastating earthquake that occurred in Ecuador on April 16, 2016. Six of these families are church members and the others are relatives and individuals from affected neighborhoods. Members are organizing themselves to help rebuild a local pastor's home after it was damaged by the earthquake.
Help will continue to be offered as the situation in the country is still dire.
In the photos below, volunteers from our church in Quito prepare food, essentials, clothing, and bedding for distribution to the San José de Alluriquín community.
