Church members and visitors gathered together for the inauguration of our SDARM church in Edinet, Moldova on April 24, 2016. Representing the General Conference were the Brethren Adrian Finaru (GC Canvassing Department Director) and Petru Mangul (GC Regional Secretary for the Eurasia Region).
The church was built by the local brethren of the community. In June 2015 a First Sabbath Offering was collected for the building of a chapel in Edinet, Moldova. In addition to the monetary funds collected, the local brethren also donated their time and efforts towards the contruction of every detail of the church, including the 80 pews. On the weekend of the inauguration, the church was filled with local brethren, many members from all over Moldova, and a number of visitors among which were local authorities. Brethren Simeon Karvatski, Petru Mangul, and Adrian Finaru officiated the meetings.
May God continue blessing the work in Edineț that the new church will be a light in their community.
