El Moreno, Mexico—The missionary school in Mexico, called the J. N. Andrews Bible Institute, began another year of classes earlier this year. The 2019-2020 class will be the 9th class to graduate from the Institute. The church in El Moreno had a special Sabbath to initiate the school year.
The opening ceremony took place in El Moreno, Hidalgo on June 4, 2019, with the presence of the brethren from the Mexican Union Committee and the J. N. Andrews Bible Institute Administration Committee. Several guests were also present. We are hopeful that these new students will thoroughly dedicate themselves to becoming well-educated and well-prepared missionaries to spread the message of Salvation.
We are also expecting other young students to join this class. We ask that you please pray for the students that have already begun their studies, as well as for those who will arrive in the following days.
We see the need to have a larger and more functional space for the development of more classes. There is a project to build a classroom specifically for the students who are currently having classes within the church sanctuary. It is essential to have a building that will serve as a classroom and administrative office.
The challenge is enormous because of the lack of financial resources, but still, we must not fail to comply with our Savior's instruction: "Go...into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature," Mark 16:15.
This will require the financial support of the brethren from Mexico and the world. We ask you to please support this noble project that it may be a source of missionaries who are willing to give everything for the cause of the Master.
