Mabinay, Negros Oriental—On November 2, 2019, twelve souls in Mabinay, Negros Oriental, publicly announced their decision to serve the Lord through baptism at Mabinay Spring Resort, in Mabinay, Negros Oriental, the Philippines. This baptism ceremony was officiated by Brother Carlos Estrera, Sr. assisted by Brother Alfred Briones.
After a thorough series of Bible studies with the assigned workers in Bacolod City Church, Negros Occidental, these twelve souls learned new light, accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour, practiced the Fundamental Christian Beliefs of the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement, and pledged to receive the ceremony of Holy Baptism. Brethren from the Mabinay group witnessed said event.
That same evening the brethren of the Mabinay group fellowshipped the newly baptized souls.
May God continue to bless their new Christian lives, empower them with the Holy Spirit, and give them the strength to overcome any circumstances that may hinder their professed faith until Jesus will come again to claim them as His own.
