Buenos Aires, Argentina—On May 22, 2022, the third South American Union Humanitarian Mission was carried out in the city of La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Union’s Welfare and Health Department organized this event, during which the attendees were able to consult with different professionals: nutritionists, doctors, nurses, and speech therapists. The following services were also available: clothing donation, haircuts, skincare, crafts, children’s activities, and a vegetarian cooking class. There were approximately sixty volunteers that dedicated their services to the mission.
At the last station they visited, every guest had the opportunity to speak with the evangelization team. Over eighty individuals were attended at the event.
We thank God for this uplifting experience, and we pray to our Heavenly Father for the souls that attended.
