Rwanda
Last month, another church reopened in Rwanda after all our churches were ordered closed.

RUBAVU, RWANDA—By the grace of God, this summer another church in Rwanda has reopened after being ordered closed by the Rwandan government. This time, it was the church in Rubavu that was able to once more opens its doors and receive worshippers.

 

Brethren came from other parts of Rwanda where churches have not yet been reopened gathered to worship together with the Rubavu brethren. The church was full, so much so that the meetings were held outside in the open air.

Philippines
With the help of our Almighty God, the first Asia Pacific Region Symposium on Justification by Faith, or Christ Our Righteousness Forum, was held in the Philippines at the Bible Missionary Training School compound in the Philippines.

CABATANG, PHILIPPINES—With the help of our Almighty God, the first Asia Pacific Region Symposium on Justification by Faith, or Christ Our Righteousness Forum, was held in the Philippines at the Bible Missionary Training School compound in Cabatang, Tiaong, Quezon Province from May 21-26, 2018. Representatives from the different countries in the Asia Pacific Region under the supervision of the Regional Secretary, Brother Rolly Dumaguit, attended this forum.

 

The countries represented were:

Vietnam – 2 representatives

Thailand – 3 representatives

Romania
A music camp was held on our church property in the countryside of Porumbacu, Romania, on August 6-12, 2018.

Porumbacu, Romania—A music camp was held on our church property in the countryside of Porumbacu, Romania, on August 6-12, 2018. Musicians from all over Romania gathered to learn more about their instruments, music, and how to use their talents to praise the Lord. Some sang in the choir, others comprised the orchestra. Approximately 210 individuals participated in the camp.

Colombia
By the grace of the Lord, the Colombian Union has designed a format for an online Missionary School for the brethren who cannot attend Missionary School in person.

Philip running towards him, he heard that he read the prophet Isaiah . And he asked: "Do you understand what you read?" The Ethiopian replied: "How can I understand, if none of them explains it to me?" And he begged Philip to come up and sit with him. Acts 8:30, 31.

It was in December of 2015 when Brother Johnnee stumbled upon the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement website. And that was when it all began.

Lomé, Togo—It was in December of 2015 when Brother Johnnee stumbled upon the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement website. His curiosity mounted, and he became interested in the message he read. He reached out to the General Conference Secretary, Brother Eli Tenorio, who promptly placed him in contact with Brother John Bosco, Regional Secretary for Northern Africa.
